Dancing the Pounds Away!

Exercising can be challenging when you are 40 and over, but dancing is not! Dancing is a easy and great way to shed some pounds and it is so much fun. I currently attend a zumba class at the gym once a week and it just Latin dancing. It is so funny watching everyone do variations of the moves; I laugh so much I believe I’m losing a pound just from laughing. No one cares if you are doing the move correctly, just by moving you are getting the job done. If you don’t like to go to the gym where Zumba is popular, try getting a dance tape, and you can do dance those pounds off in the privacy of your own home. Wal-Mart has exercise videos/tapes at prices you can afford. So have some fun while dancing those pounds away!
